What Food Items Need To Be Given Along With Cerelac?

hi doctor.
my daughter is 5 months and 10 days old. at birth she was 4.02 kg, now she is 7.5 kg, i'm just breastfeeding her, but from past one month i started giving cerlac wheat once a day. but now can i start solid food, due to her weight she needs more food, can you suggest me best food that i can start now for her....

I went through your details. I suggest you not to worry much. I suggest as cereals and grains, go for rice, barley and oats. Fruits, avacado, banana, apple and pears. Vegetables - Acorn, butternut squash, sweet potato, green bean etc. Better still, you can talk to your pediatrician regarding and that should be more better, because he knows your child better.
