The baby of 4 years is fit to have a full diet like any other adult so please give him full diet what ever he eats happily.As for the food supplement there are plenty in the market and every body is praising their own so if you want to give him you can but still the best thing you can give him will be a good healthy diet and if need arises some multivitamin and calcium.
