i am 19 year male height 5 8 weight nearly 65 recently i joined bodybuilding all i want know is that how to grow more stamina and which are healthy food i should utilize in my routine

You have made a good choice for body building. You need to eat diet rich in proteins like pulses, cereals, soyabean, eggs, lean meat, chicken. Eat more fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables for vitamins, antioxidant effect and fibre in diet. Drink plenty of water as well. Your stamina will increase as you do exercise more. Do graded weight bearing exercise and also cardio exercise to increase stamina.
