Hello and welcome to Ask A Doctor. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

When a healthy infant reaches one year of age, she needs to begin drinking whole cow's milk. Not formula. Whole cow's milk will supply her body with the fat content that her developing nervous system needs. Whole cow's milk contains nothing that would adversely affect her G6PD. Beginning at two years of age she should be placed on low-fat cow's milk (again, no adverse affect on G6PD). From this age on, the fat content of her diet should be lower so her body can begin to be protected from cardiovascular disease.

Hope I have answered your query. If you have any further questions, I will be happy to help.
