What Happens If Left Ventricle Is Smaller Than Right Nitral Valve?

We have been for a 20 week anomaly scan and there is a problem with the baby's heart. The left ventricle is smaller than the right and the mitral valve is not opening as much as the tricuspid. The pulmonary artery is arising from the right ventricle towards the baby's spine. Please help us understand what this means.
