What Happens On Getting Pricked By Needle Used For Diabetic Dog?

I have a diabetic dog and we need to give him 2 shots of human insulin a day. We reuse the same needle for the shot. Today, I accidentally pricked myself with the needle while pulling the cap off - so my finger probably got hit with a small amount of dog blood and insulin. Should I be worried?

Hi, if it was a small amount of insulin, you have nothing to worry about. Make sure you eat sometjing to keep your blood sugar levels normal. If your dog does.not have hepatitis, you will.not get any infections. Rabies is spread by saliva.
Hope this helped you!
