What I The Relationship Between Pus Cells And Epithelial Cells?

Dear sir

I am a medical student and i am confused about urine analysis

is there a relation between pus cells and epithelial cells in urine analysis?

what about pus cells of 20 / HPF is this consider infection? and what about 70 cells/HPF? i read alot and so get confused

Both are considered infection. However, UTI is specifically identified by number bacteria in urine culture. Epithelial cells are from skin lining whereas pus cells are due to infection.
