What Is Acton Prolongatum Injection For?

Can you please clarify why should the Acton Prolongatum injection to be given. As my brothers daughter is of 5 yrs of AGE and due to fits she has lost the ability to speak. Doctors told that some abnormality is seen in the EEG report and they are suggesting this injection to be given for 30 days
