What Is Dental Night Guards ? Is It Useful ?
My husband used to grind his teeth in the nights. We went to a dentis and told regrding this. He said this can cause his teeth to be crooked if left like this. He prescribed some thing called Dental night guards. What are thse ? Is this useful for teeth grinding ?

YES .NIGHTGUARDS ARE GOOD OPTION,BUT IT SHOULD BE PROPERLY DONE AND MONITORED.ALSO IF THERE IS ANY EROSION ON TEETH ,SHOULD UNDERGO RX

Grinding teeth does result in damage and crooked teeth. dental night guards are used to prevent furthar damage.

this is common in deep sleep. dont worry even i use to grind my teeth regularly. but if tongue bite ocurrs at this time its dangerous. every one use to get scared of it. it gradually didnt appear after few days. even i stopped thinking on that.

Visit a dentist and you probably will be advised for scaling(cleaning) of your teeth.There can still be many other reasons to your problem.
