What Is Fertigyn Used For?

Hi doctor, My wife is conceived and is completing 2 months today. She has been asked to take Fertigyn 5000 IU Injection - once in a week and fopymin, nugest and ecosprin 75mg tables daily. What are these injection & tablets meant for? Is it ok to have injection/tablets during pregnancy?
