What Is IBS?

This started with a severe pain in abdomen and change in bowel habits 6-7 MONTHS AGO. I started taking antibiotics with doctors permission but had vomiting after two or three doses and Presently now the pain has decreased but still sometimes comes and goes, stool tests of one month ago showed 6-8 Wbcs in stool without any fever and now stool frequency is one time in morning only before breakfast. what 6-8Wbcs indicate???and sometimes pain in very lower abdomen.?????some doctors say its IBS and some say its infection.wat is it??do I need to take more medicines????

Hi ! If your vomiting started after you take antibiotics, your diagnose may be Pseudomembranous Enterocolitis, you need to stop your antibiotics which you take last time and start to take other antibiotics, metronidazole 500mg every day. But for about your bowel habits which started 6-7 months ago, i need more information, firstly your age.
