hi, im shalu me an my husband is expecting for a child an doctor is suggested to have MCBM 69 is it useful when v r expecting for a child so that doctor is told that MCBM 69 tab is for vitamins....why is MCBM 69 used is it useful for

MCBM 69 , its ingredients are Methylcobalamin1500 mg ( Vitamin B 12 ), pyridoxine20 mg (Vitamin B 6 ) , folic acid 5 mg( Iron preparation).
Sometimes few Gynaecologist advise patient to take folic acid for getting pregnancy , while others also advise their patient to take Methylcobalamin& pyridoxine for getting pregnancy .
Exact scientific studies are not known , that how , these drugs help in getting pregnant , so this is very difficult to say, what is the mechanism of action that these drugs will help you.
More thing your doctor will tell you , so consult .
In my opinion for conception consult another doctor and get his opinion.
