What Is A Good Treatment After Miscarriage?

I am 30 yrs old and i had a miscarriage just before 2 days (2 month pregnancy). In my usg there was 7 wks old (31 mm) fetus with irregular gestation sac with no fetal pole then doctor advised me to abort it but it was spontaneously aborted that night. Now dr. prescribed me misoprostol 1 tb, methergin bd x 5 days. and Rovamycin forte bd x 21 days.My VDRL test is negative and dr. advised me TORCH test and serum prolactin test. plz tell me that is it a good treatment and is there any complication in next pregnancy?

Hello mam thanks for trusting health care magic.
The tests and investigations prescribed toyou are fine tuned to your condition.
In addition to these tests i would advise you to get your thyroid profile and blood sugar testing done.
And from next pregnancy onwards i would suggest you to visit your gynecologist as soon as the pregnancy is confirmed.
Take care and wish you all the best.
