What Is A Painful Pulsy Sore Near The Tail Bone Area?

I have a pulsy sore that is painful at the touch, it started as firm bump, then day or two later, it got pulsy and the size of a dime. I have a good picture of it, if you like to see. Female 48 years, Oh, and it is at the top of my buttocks almost between the crack, near tail bone area.

Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having hair follicle infection aggravated due to more perspiration and difficult to clean the part due to its position.
clean the part and apply antibiotic cream locally.
Go for one antibiotic medicine course for 5 days.
Keep local part dry and airy.
Ok and take care.
