What Is Anterior Upper Non Obstructing Maternal Fibroid?
Hi i just had a 12 week pregnancy scan and found out i am actually 16 weeks and they found a fibroid on my notes it says A 2.5cm hypoechic area noted in uterus, apperance of which are suggestive of an anterior upper non obstructing maternal fibroid. What does this mean, is it dangerous?

The ultrasound report says you are having a uterine fibroid on anterior wall of size around 2cm.But its insignificant unless and until its causing few symptoms. I will suggest you to consult with your obstetrician. Thank you.
