What Is Causing IgG And GFR To Be Very Low?

My IgG is mod low.My dr said I wasn t making antibodies either.Now it shows some protein in my urine and mildly elevated Kappa/Lamba ratio of 18.25. My GFR test was 60- which I assume for a 30 year old thats a bit low. What could be the cause? I ve had ITP, GERD and fibromyalgia for years.

If you have proteinuria, you should do this test: 24 hour urine collection for protein and creatinine, ANA, Anti-dsDNA, C3, and C4...
