Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history of feeling sick, fatigued, have pain in the back, neck and stomach. Pain at the end of pee, lost weight and feel like have gas. Glands are swollen and have less energy at the end of the day.
Since you have a plethora of symptoms, I would advise to solve one by one:
Since the glands are swollen, these can be primary cause and can by due to lymphoma or some infection like tuberculosis causing other symptoms that you have mentioned.
Please get the ultrasound, FNAC and biopsy to see for the cause.
There can be associated problems and hence I would follow additional things as follows:
Tests of blood, urine and stool:
These will help to get a probable diagnosis and plan for further management.
Other tests of ultrasound or CT scan of the whole abdomen will help to find whether there are lymph nodes in abdomen, or any other problems and any problem related to the urinary tract system.Once the diagnosis is available, treatment will be specific.
I find this answer helpful
