What Is Causing Bloated Feeling After Eating Food?
I am experiencing bloat after I eat. I am not over eating and have most meals consisting of vegetables & fruit also fish & some red meat. what causes my belly to swell? Example: today for lunch I had Italian salad and small poor boy sandwich without top piece of bread. Could I have food allergies?
