What Is Causing Dizziness, Lightheadedness And Urge To Have Bowel Movement?

For the last couple months, I have been getting really dizzy and lightheaded; then after I feel the urge to have a bowel movement. This scares me every time it happens as I feel like I may faint. What could be causing this and what can I do to stop it?

Hi,
Thanks for writing your query.

After reading your post, it seems that you might be having VasoVagal attack and needs medical attention.

I would advise that you should get yourself clinically examined and investigated.
Following investigations may be helpful :-
1. Hemoglobin level.
2. Blood pressure and heart rate monitoring.
3. ECG.

VasoVagal attack can be triggered by extreme pain. It can result in decreased blood supply to brain leading to feeling of fainting.

You should lie down immediately with head end lower than the foot. This will increase blood supply to brain and give relief from your symptoms.

I hope this is helpful to you.
Thanks.
