What Is Causing Dry Heaves And Vomitings In Child?

My 8 year old son vomits or dry heaves about once a week usually once at night or in the morning. He seems fine all other times no fever sore throat etc... he eats the same thing every day because he is very picky so I don t see why some times he is sick and not others what could it be?

More clinical detail history and examination is needed and regarding diet it will be advisable to include high fibre containing diet such as green leafy vegetables fruits... And more amount of water in diet...
