What Is Causing Frequent Loose Motion?

My daughter aged 16 year having problem of frequent latrine . She goes toilet five , six or more time in a day . There , she spend the time more than normal . Whenever I give her oflaxacine , she gets relief for a few days and after a week she again suffer the problem.

Probably she is having worm infestation or allergy to milk. Consult with pediatrician. She might need dietary changes also.
