What Is Causing Lower Abdominal Pain With Soft Stools?

My granddaughter, age 7 has complained of mild lower abdominal pain and her stools ar lighter in color, soft with black spots in it. We just returned from a camping trip in central Florida and we had a change in drinking water.Is this something to be concerned about?

I really appreciate your concern, it may not be related with the diet or water taken but it seems to be just nonspecific one but it could be self limiting if he symptoms persist then stool need to be sent for lab test, at the most it could be viral infection, be patience but condition may demands the pediatric consultation if remains as it is or worsen hope this information helps.
