What Is Causing My Irregular Menstrual Flow With Mild Cramps?

My last period was on July 30th and it was very light and only lasted a few days. I am normally VERY regular. My period is now 17 days lasts. My breasts go back and forth from being sore and not being sore. I ve been having very light cramps for a while now and have noticed more blue veins on my sides, chest, and breasts. I ve taken a hpt and it came back negative. What s going on with me? I have a doctors appointment next week.

These are common peri-menstrual symptoms and is quite common among young girls. As of now you can take analgesics like Mefenemic acid (Meftal) for pain relief.
