What Is Causing My Persistent Weight Loss?

Hello, I am a 21 years old male. I am 6 feet 2 tall and my weight is 142 lb. I used to be 154 lb. but in the last three or four months I lost a lot of weight. Nothing changed in my diet, or maybe I eat more now than before. My diet is not even healthy at this time, with a lot of fast food. My blood exams show that everything is ok. What could cause that lost of weight? Maybe stress?

You have to go for further blood investigation like thyroid function test etc after visiting a doctor. And definitely stress may leads wait loss in form of having a depression, if you have other problems along with like sleep disturbance, low mood, decrease interest in work or study, impaired concentration etc....
