What Is Causing My Stomach Cramps, Tiredness And Loss Of Appetite?
For the last week I have had stomach cramps, always tired, felt weak , loss of appetite and when I eat I feel sick and full after two mouthfuls even if first meal for day. I have also not been able to go to the toilet for almost a week is this something I should worry about as my sister cannot eat dairy wheat or gluten
