What Is Causing Painful Lump On My Upper Arm After An Injury?

I recently had a hard fall and threw my arm out to soften the fall. I now have a very sore right arm with a lump between shoulder and elbow. It is very sore to the touch and when I had a massage the other day it was excrutiating when massaged around the area. Lump is on outside mid arm and I ve also noticed pain in the inside if arm if lifting anything over 5 lbs.
