Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query. Is your menstrual cycle regular? If this not your due date and your cycle is regular then it can be due to infection or dysfunctional uterine bleeding. In such case a pelvic examination by a gynecologist followed by transvaginal ultrasound examination will be helpful to find out the cause. In case of infection antibiotics will be helpful. Other conditions like myoma also can be ruled out by this. If dysfunctional uterine bleeding then progesterone therapy will be helpful also. Hope this may help you.
Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
