low back pain the past couple days my lower back and lower spine has been hurting really bad, yesterday I went poop (hadn't gone in 2 days) it was very little and had bright Ted blood..I'm not pregnant not even a chance I could be..the pain was so bad I felt like vometing what could be wrong?

Younger adults (e.g. 30 to 60 year olds) are more likely to experience back pain from the disc space itself (e.g. lumbar disc herniation or degenerative disc disease) or from a back muscle strain or other soft tissue strain.
