What Is Causing Stomach Flu?

Hi, i have had the stomach flu all day, im pretty sure its not food poisening or anything else, since everyone where i work had the flu recently. but ive also noticed my vagina has a nasty smelling odor, no discharge. i took a long shower today and cleaned really good, so the stench is worrying me...

I really appreciate your concern, it is the dyspepsia as long as the feeling of full stomach is concern and it is nothing doing but just take care in diet have liquid diet for a day, for vaginal smell better to take care for hygiene else it nothing to worry, hope this information helps.
