What Is Causing The Acnes On My Vagina?

hi doctor.. im a flight attendant.. i used to have pantyliners..for years now.. and recently.. i got a very painful burning sensation in urintating.. then suddenly stops.. it happened for just 1 day. then after 2 days.. i got painful walk because of my inflame vagina. and now after 1 week i have line acnes in my vagina.. labia majora.. i dont know whats going on.. is it because of hygiene.. panytliners.. or STD? i only have one sex partner.. thanks

I have gone through your query.From your symptoms mentioned it is better to rule out genital herpes.Urine routine investigation also should be done.Cell culture from swab test and PCR blood test for viral DNA can be carried out.If it is genital herpes antiviral therapy with acyclovir or famcyclovir will decrease the duration of illness.But it can recur when your body immunity is low.It is better to have a dermatology consultation for ruling out this.Avoid wearing tight clothes.You can use saline water for cleaning.Ice application will give soothing.
