What Is Causing The Heart Burn After Eating?

I have bad heart burn my left chest hurt whenever i eat something. also i was diagonsed with H-pylori disease but the medicine dr gave me is not helping i have been in so much pain what should i do. i am in uk for vacation i live in usa i want to do endoscopy but nobody is assigning me that

Thanks for your query.
Noted the history and understood the concerns.
Bad heart burn really disturbs like and you have pain on the left side of the chest on eating indicating your have severe esophagitis.
H. pylori affects the stomach and gets treated with the combination kit for it containing Pantoprazole and antibiotics.
This may not help much in cases of esophagitis and needs upper GI endoscopy to know the exact diagnosis and management.
Since you are from USA and are now in UK I would advise you the following:
Get a course of pantoprazole to continue till you are in UK.
Domperidone at 8 hourly interval - may need a prescription in UK.
Antacid with topical anesthetic agent.
No oily and spicy foods.
Take only the foods and beverages that do not increase your symptoms.
Get an appointment for upper GI Endoscopy as it may be possible in UK as you must have the international Medical Insurance. If not arrange it the day you enter into USA.
