What Is Causing The Nausea And Diarrhea?

Im a 14 year old boy and i have nausea in the mornings and evenings. Sometimes i have diarrhea as well and its making me anxious in school as it makes me think i might throw up. Im scared of throwing up. I have never vomited trough this but its been around for like a month or 2 now and its very tiring. What can it be?

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history and understood the concerns.
Nausea and fear of vomiting increasing anxiety of throwing up in the school for a long time of a month should be invested well.
I would advise you the following in such situation.
Since you are 14, consult your parents to take you to the Doctor for clinical evaluation, physical examination and investigations as follows.
Tests of blood particularly of liver functions as hepatitis of any cause can cause such symptoms.
Ultrasonography of abdomen for liver, gall bladder and lymph nodes.
Upper GI endoscopy for gastritis, ulcer.
Any other investigations as dictated BT clinical evaluation.
Clinical trial with Domperidone and antacids as per your weight.
Rest of the treatment as per the cause found.
