What Is Causing The Urgency To Empty The Bladder?

I am 47 yrs old.I am on Celebrex, and have been getting cortisone injections in hip muscles, facet joints, and also as part of sympathetic nerve block.I have now since the last injection an urgency to emty my bladder, which is not infected.I stopped taking Celebrex, and have eliminated foods that are acidic.I am wondering if cortisone could be part of the reason for these symptoms? Thank you
