What Is Causing Tightness Of Muscles Around My Mouth?

On and off the last month I have been getting lump in throat feeling or like I can feel the muscles move in throat when I swallow air. It usually goes when eating. For the past few days I feel like I have pulled a muscle iny toungue and that muscles around my mouth are tigjt.

I think that it can be due to sore throat. Or some time it can be due to anxiety also.I would recommend you to meet a ENT specialist and get complete examination.
