What Is Causing Warm Ears With Itching Followed By Diarrhea?

Over the past 10 years about 1 or 2 times a year at bedtime the insides of my ears get real warm, I start itching all over. My feet defiantly itch real bad. Then it is followed up by diarrhea almost every time. Last about 1 or 2 hours. Only at bedtime. No one in my family is allergic to anything or have allergies. I have also paid attention to what I have ate.....nothing out of the ordinary

Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having some food allergy which gives allergic reaction after taking food.
You have to find out the food likely causing this allergic reaction by trial and error.
Keep note of taking food stuff when you get this type of allergy and avoid this stuff from your food and see the result.
Meanwhile take Benadryl or cetrizine when you get this problem.
