Echogenicity means the return signal in ultrasound examinations. stromal cells are connective tissue cells of an organ found in the loose connective tissue. These are most often associated with the uterine mucosa (endometrium), prostate, bone marrow precursor cells, and the ovary. Women with polycystic ovary syndrome may also show an increase in stromal echogenicity. women with uterine tumor may show stromal ecogenecity. So please write the detail and specific.
