Hello, I m asking a question about my 16.5 month old. She has recently gone from 4 point crawling to asymmetrical crawling with one foot on the floor and one knee bent (sometimes known as the crab crawl) would this be consider a developmental regression?

Not regression, it's okay for babies to try funny ways of walking. More important is if he can walk by itself.Normal range for walking is 10-14 months. After 14 months you need a pediatric visit for assessment if baby is still not doing same.
