What Is Illustrated From My Pelvic Scan Report?
Pelvic Scan Report says : scan reveals a bulky,gravid and anteverted measuring 78mm in the widest transverse diameter. noted within the uterus is a blighted ovum measuring 33mm x 26mm in diameters . cervican os is closed .the pouch of the Douglas is free.
Both adnexia are relatively free. no noted extra-uterine gestational sac on both adnexia ..

Thanks for writing to HCM
Your report suggests that present pregnancy is not viable.Fetal pole is not seen in the G-sac.This condition is called as blighted ovum/missed abortion.
Uterus is enlarged in size.
Other findings are within normal limit.Cervix is closed.POD is normal.
Both adnexa are also normal.
