Hi, I am 40 yrs old , weigh 145 lbs, 5ft 5inches, and I did a C&S test and the results are; Heavy growth of candida species GPB 3+ Not consistent with bacterial vaginosis Epithelial cells 15-20/HPF White Blood cells 3-5/HPF yeast 3+/no trichomonas vaginalis Please explain. thanks Denhhhhe C

Your report shows the growth of candida which is a fungal infection. You probably have yeast fungal infection in your vagina and must take antifungal treatment after consulting your doctor. Maintaining genital hygiene is also suggested.
