Please doctor give me illustration for this analysis. Iam a female (58) years old Clinical picture and nature of specimen: Endometrial biopsy for postmenopausal uterine bleeding. Gross: Fragments collectively measuring 2x2 cm. Microscopy: Endometrium is non-secretory,it is formed of slighty branching and focally cystic glands lined by 1-2 layers cells.stroma shows focal pseudodecidual change possibly due to hormone therapy. no evidence of complex glandular pattern. no evidence of atypia or malignancy.
You don't worry at all.You have absolutely benign condition. Endometrium biopsy findings suggests that endometrail changes are due to hormone therapy. There are no malignant cells in the specimen. Your condition is easily manageable. You should consult your gynecologist. Hope I have answered your question.
Take Care Dr.Indu Bhushan
