Hello
It was unfortunate incident , so forget about that incident .
If proper care is to be taken , you can live even up to 30 years .
Take these precautions .
Take full treatment as advised by your physician.
Avoid opportunistic infections in HIV (
AIDS) as
pneumocystis pneumonia,
encephalitis ,
tuberculosis , bacterial infections ,
histoplasmosis .I mentioned, these names ,so that you can take care.
You should have CD4+T cells counts every 3-6 months .
According to DHHS practice guidelines , a CD4+ T cell count LESS THAN 500 /microL is a clear indication to initiate ANTIRETRO therapy .
But fortunately in your case CD4+ T cells is high so need not to worry.
Measurement of HIV RNA levels is also important after every 3-6 months if untreated .
Take high protein diet and avoid any thing which lowers immunity such as alcohol and unnecessary antibiotics.
Hope this will help you.
