What is lower left convex scolious with mild reversal of the lower cervical lordosis? What is the next step? Also disc bulging herniation from t 3-4 to t 8-9 with right disc bulging impinges upon the anterior thecal sac....there is right convex scoliosis

Consult a spine surgeon and get evaluated.

If you are asymptomatic and do not have symptoms like pain, no intervention is required.

Surgical correction is required in severe cases.
