What Is Meant By Multiple Muscular VSD?
hello doctor, My baby age is 8days (born on 25.07.2012), during checkup they told that my baby is having multiple muscular VSD (1.0,1.5,20mm).. i cant understand this.. pls explain it.. tel me whether it could affect the childs growth.. pls help me to know abt this

Hi,
It means that your baby has small holes in the lower chamber in her heart and the blood circulation is not pure blood but blood mixed with venous blood. Normally small holes heal by themselves in 1 year, if not then surgery may be required.
