Hello,

As you have undergone surgery this needs some 6-8 weeks of the minimum for the healing process if there wasn't any infection which was reoccurring and was delaying the healing of the bone.

A good x-ray will be of help to understand the current situation of the bone healing.

Also, there will be some indentation due to either the fixation of the materials used which isn't a worry about.

You should do regular walking and physiotherapy to allow changes to happen in a positive direction.

The pain can be due to either the pressure applied over the muscle and skin from the internal structures fixation or maybe some infection is still left out which is leading to metabolic waste to accumulate and lead to pain.

You can do a blood routine and an x-ray to rule out the infection and healing factor.

Also, you need no use the words metastasis because that itself is a different level of pathology to talk here.

Just with the fall and surgery post it one cannot develop other serious pathologies.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
