What Is My HIV Test Result Suggestive Of?

Good afternoon doctor, may i ask a question and your answer will give me a reason to live. In my country, there is a hiv test call: Abbott ag/ab architect combo. Is it 4th generation test? - I ve already test with this and result: s/co:0.13 - negative. I do this tests after 6 weeks and 7 weeks after my risks. I dont know did i have hiv ? - I read alot of question in your forum, it is very very uesful for me, but i dont know what is conclusive? With my question, do conclusive mean im safe?

Hello dear
I understand your concern
Conclusive means it's confirm about the HIV infection.
It may be negative or positive.
Your test result of 0.13 is suggestive on negative at 6th and 7th week after exposure.

WHO recommends to test again at 90 days of exposure.
The 4th generation test or DUO (Combo) test gives almost 95 to 99 % accuracy.
The antibody test gives 95% and antigen test gives 99 % conclusive.
The 6th month testing is recommended if you are following the old antibody testing.
