What Is My Pelvic Ultrasound Result Suggestive Of?
Hello, * The pelvic ultrasound is indicative of hormone imbalance as there is heterogeneity of the myometrial echotexture. In my clinic, I do recommend course of oral contraceptive pills to regularize the flow as well as ovulation-inducing agents if there is a case of anovulation or infertility. However, details of current symptoms are of vital importance with any lab data if available to discuss in greater depth on clinical grounds. Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further. Take care Regards, Dr Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
