hi doctor i have my anxiety . Last 10 days ago I went to the massage pillar and the girl from message was naked and me too. She gave me oil massage and rubbing my Penis with her vaginal. In this situation her vaginal fluid can touch my penis( open forehead) . Some artical say it is not dangerous some says dangerous It make me super anxiety and depressed so can you make the explanation kind of situation and how many chance of get hiv doctor? I asked her she said she test hiv from 2 moths ago and it was negative doctor

Massage parlor worker would have been HIV nonreactive 2 months back, does not guarantee that she is free from HIV infection, She would have very well got infected afterwards and was in her window period.

Anyhow, penetrative anal sex and vaginal sex are more risk than other sexual activities. Oral sex also have low risk for HIV transmission whereas all other activities including handling the penis and penile rubbing against vulva carry a negligible risk as per CDC, US. Thus, your HIV risk is negligible only.
