What Is Pelvic Floor Exercises ?

I delivered 3 months back. It was a normal delivery. After that i started notcing that my pelvis is lax and the lower part of my body is weak. I did not had this problem before. I also feel difficult to hold my urine for long time and also slight leak of urine is there if i cough or sneeze

these exercises was practised my mom, as she had some bladder disturbance due to some minor prolapse of uterus. it really helped my mom. so i think pelvic floor exercises are good for urinary disturbance.

Hi,
Thanks for query,
It seems you might have mild cystocele or mild uterine prolapse.
This is the reason you got urine problem.
If these problems are there pelvic floor exercise will not work,
Consult gynaec and get diagnosed.

Yes this happens. Even I had similar problems after my delivery for few days. I reported this to my doctor, she advised these pelvic floor exercises.
