hi ,my son is 18 months old ,he is having cough and vomits all the milk .iam having ambrodil-s syrup from india,can i use it or what should
i do for the cough and cold ,its been 3-4 days ,he is like this .when i go to doctor here,he says its weather effect.

Hi, you can give ambrodil s cough syrup but i think Chericof Syrup 5 ml three times a day would be a choice. Also, you need to follow some precautions like avoid cold drinks, avoid ice creams, keep room temperature appropriate at night, cover mouth while sneezing. If cough and cold not relieved in 48 hours then probably child will need antibiotics and examination.
