The word "mural" means Wall. Myoma is a "benign" tumor. It means a small benign (not a cancer) tumor in wall. It may be in heart muscle (wall) or uterus muscle, and if patient is asymptomatic, need no treatment. Relax, it probably requires only an annual surveillance.
